Situated at Métis-sur-Mer in Gaspésie, near a large number of touristic attractions, Camping Annie as forged itself a solid reputation during its many years of existence.

This place, founded in 1850 under the name of Petit-Métis, knew its hours of glory at the XIXe century. The aristocracy from quebec, attracted by the beauty of the place, built there rich villas in the New England style. Name changes in 1921 for the name that one currently knows to him because of his situation on the edges of the estuary of the St. Laurent. This village is often called Metis Beach by the english-speaking of the place because of the very beautiful beach which skirts the coast.
