Reservation Policy

To satisfy our customer, we take a minimum booking of 2 nights in high season. However, it is now possible to book 1 night from Sunday to Thursday in low season.

Moreover, during three days week-end, we take reservations of 3 nights only.

If you can not book the minimum number of nights we invite you to still come see us. Even if we are full at the last moment, we will do our best to accommodate you on a site without a land or land without services group.

When booking, we require a deposit of $30.

We do not accept cancellation 7 days before the reserved date and therefore no refund will be made within the deadline. If you cancel more than 7 days from the date of arrival, we will refund $20 from the initial deposit and will keep $10 as fees.

If you do not camp in the reserved date and no cancellation has been made on your part, we will keep your site vacant for 1 night and we will charge the equivalent of two nights on your credit card when the reservation is of 2 nights or more.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Camping Union agrees to reimburse the customer who, after visiting his site, is dissatisfied. The customer will however make its claim within 30 minutes after his arrival at the campsite.

The policy does not apply to bookings of more than one site.
