Important informations
- Reservations can only be made online by following the reservation tab. For group reservations or people who need assistance, we will return calls and emails within 24-48 hours.
- For cottages, a minimum of two nights are required for a reservation
- The day prior to your arrival, you will get an email with the PIN code to access your unit.
- Please note that 3 nights are due on Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Canada Day and Labor Day.
- Please note that animals are prohibited in the chalets and rooms
- The chalets and rooms are non-smoking
- Departure: 10:30 am | arrival: 4:00 p.m.
- Cancellation – for all cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected]. We will analyze your request according to our reservation and cancellation policies. A customer service agent will contact you.
