Important informations

• Reservations can only be made online by using the reservation tab. For group reservations or for guests requiring assistance, we will return calls and emails within 24 to 48 hours.
• When making a reservation, a PIN code will be generated by the system and sent as an attachment with your contract. Please keep this PIN, as it is required to access the site during your stay.
• A minimum stay of two nights is required per reservation, with a maximum of 14 nights per reservation. For longer stays, please make more than one reservation.
• Please note that a minimum of 3 nights is required for Labour Day and Thanksgiving.
• Please note that dogs are not permitted in cabins and shelters.
• All dogs with a bad reputation are strictly prohibited within the Camping Union network.
• Campsites are for 2 adults and minor children from the same family. To add additional guests, please include them at step 1 of your reservation.
• Campsite: Departure: 1:00 p.m. | Arrival: 2:00 p.m.
• Accommodation: Departure: 11:00 a.m. | Arrival: 4:00 p.m.
• Accommodation: the rental rate is valid according to the normal occupancy capacity determined by the campground. Please ensure that the standard capacity is included in your package.
• We always keep a few sites available for telephone reservations.
• Cancellation – for any cancellation request, please email us at [email protected]. We will review your request in accordance with our reservation and cancellation policies. A customer service agent will contact you.
• Important: if you encounter any issues while booking online, please call 418-882-5759.
• Please note that you will be automatically contacted if your reservation does not meet the required criteria.
• Swimming pool: due to the current shortage of lifeguards affecting us this year, please be advised that pool hours and capacity may be modified at any time during the summer without notice. Please note that no refunds or price reductions will be granted.
